The Fuel Crisis Monitor app itself does not collect personal data. All data displayed (oil prices, tanker positions, country statistics) is fetched from public APIs directly on your device.

- To prevent abuse and duplicate signups
3. Data Storage
Your email is stored in a secure database on our server. We do not share, sell, or transfer your email to any third party. Your data is retained only for the duration of the beta program and will be deleted upon request or after the program ends.
4. Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services to fetch public data:
- Yahoo Finance — commodity prices (no personal data sent)
- EIA API — country oil production data (no personal data sent)
- AISStream.io — vessel tracking data (no personal data sent)
- Google News RSS — energy news (no personal data sent)
- Google Maps — map rendering (subject to Google's privacy policy)
- Google Play Billing — in-app purchases (subject to Google's privacy policy)
5. In-App Purchases
Premium features are unlocked via Google Play in-app purchases. All payment processing is handled by Google. We do not collect or store payment information.
6. Push Notifications
Price alert notifications are generated locally on your device. No personal data is sent to any server for this feature. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to your data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw from the beta program at any time
